I feel like Capital one is giving us the run around and I need this matter resolved yesterday. I traded my vehicle and am left with nothing to drive if I have to return the vehicle. Meanwhile, Carmax is telling me that I’m driving around in a vehicle that has not been funded and that I need to return it. For several days Capital one has told us that they’ve sent the document(s) to his employer but yet the employer has yet to receive anything from Capital one. The employer told them they couldn’t disclose the info over the phone so they agreed to email and or fax over the document to be completed. We provided the paystub and they contacted the employer. After making several phone calls to them and to Carmax, Capital One then said we could send in paystub from my husbands work and they’d need to verify his employment. The explanation wasn’t good enough for Capital one and they told us they couldn’t help us.

Therefore we we were advised to close out those accts and open new acct. at the state employees credit union was hacked into.

We explained to them that in January or my bank acct. There was a question of why there was 2 acct numbers in my husband acct. On April 20th we received a call from Carmax stating that Capital one was not satisfied with the bank statements that we provided. We were approved for financing with Capital One. On April 1st my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Carmax.
